I love the Cosmos chair! Very easy to assemble and the ergonomic features are a plus. I was looking for a chair that was comfortable, but also matched the style of my little office which I share with my sister. Various color choices were a plus while selecting this chair. I spend over 8 hours on the computer, and after a few days using the chair, I noticed the difference on my posture and my back. I like that the back support can be adjusted as desired, it adds an extra layer of comfort. The only improvements I would make in this model is the adjustability on the arm rest to go lower, and the headrest to be adjusted up/down for shorter people. Other than that 10 of 10 recommended. The customer service responsiveness when I had some questions on my shipment, was outstanding, the staff member was very attentive.
When i got this chair i wasn't expecting it to be as soft as it is. One of the features that I really love about is that when you sit on it, it lowers just a little to give a feeling of sitting on a cushion, the recline and seat tilt is amazing as well. Overall a really amazing ergonomic chair!
