Return & Refund Policy

RETURNS

We offer a hassle-free 30-day return policy, which means each order has a 30 day return window after the order has been delivered to request a return, applicable to U.S. customers only.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be in the same condition you received it: With original packaging and tags. Please disassemble your product and carefully pack it back into the original packaging to the best of your ability.​
  • The product must have been purchased directly from the official RemoWorks online store or an authorized retailer. Products purchased from third-party sellers online or in-store (e.g., eBay, Facebook Marketplace) are not eligible for returns.
  • You must include all original accessories, manuals, and parts in the return shipment. Missing items will result in deductions from the refund.
  • Custom-made products or products that have been modified, altered, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
  • Damaged items resulting from improper handling or assembly by the customer are not eligible for return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@remo-works.com and provide your receipt along with the order confirmation email associated with the account used for the purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will be refused, and any associated shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note: If your residence is outside of the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

We do not accept returns on:

  • Custom-made or personalized items.
  • Items that have been modified or altered from their original state.
  • Clearance or sale items.
  • Gift cards.

 

EXCHANGES

To ensure you get the item you want, the fastest way is to return your current item. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 - 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS

  • Products must be returned in their original packaging to avoid damage during return shipping. Damaged returns due to improper packaging will not be eligible for a full refund.
  • Return requests after 30 days from the date of receipt will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Returns will only be accepted if the product is free of stains, dirt, pet hair, or any signs of usage.
  • If the item is not returned in its original condition or packaging, we reserve the right to deduct a restocking fee or refuse the return
