RemoWorks is committed to building and providing office furniture products that are meant to last. The RemoWorks Warranty offers protection ranging from three (3) to ten (10) years on new products purchased from RemoWorks, depending on the product category as indicated in the product documentation.

All warranty periods begin from the date of delivery. Ensure you activate your warranty within seven (7) days of delivery by following the instructions included with your product. Failure to activate the warranty within the specified period may result in limited or voided warranty coverage.

The Warranty

We strive to raise manufacturing standards for our furniture and products. While occasional malfunctions and defects may occur, we are dedicated to promptly assisting and providing necessary services and replacements. The warranty applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.

Warranty coverage is valid only within the continental United States and Canada. Any product being used or delivered outside these regions is excluded from our warranty. If you use a third-party service to deliver items outside of the continental US or Canada, all RemoWorks Warranty policies will be void.

Similarly, if you purchase your items from unauthorized third-party sellers or marketplaces such as eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc., the warranty will not apply.

The warranty is void if original parts are swapped out or if third-party products are used in conjunction with the original product.

What’s Not Covered by the Warranty

Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the product, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or color fading over time.

Color and Texture Variations: Variations in surface materials (e.g., colorfastness, matching grains, textures, and colors across different substrates and production lots) and natural aging in materials such as wood, clear coat finishes, and leather are not covered. For example, natural variations in wood veneers, including character marks, grain patterns, and color changes over time, are not considered defects.

Unauthorized Modifications: Any modifications or alterations made to the product without the explicit consent of RemoWorks will void the warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, adding or removing parts or altering the structure of the furniture.

Improper Use and Damage Caused by Sharp Objects: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper use or misuse of the product. This includes using the furniture for purposes other than those intended by the manufacturer and damage caused by writing instruments or sharp objects.

Environmental Damage: Damage caused by environmental factors, such as exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, sunlight, pests, or mold, is not covered.

Accidents and Natural Disasters: The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, such as drops, spills, or impacts, or from natural disasters, such as floods, earthquakes, or fires.

Transportation and Storage: Damage that occurs during transportation or storage of the product, when not handled by the manufacturer or an authorized agent, is not covered by this warranty.

Commercial Use: Unless explicitly specified, products used in commercial environments are not included in this warranty.

Maintenance and Cleaning: Damage resulting from improper maintenance or cleaning methods not recommended by RemoWorks is not covered. This includes the use of alcohol, harsh chemicals, or abrasive cleaning tools.

Third-Party Components: Components or products not originally manufactured or authorized by RemoWorks are not covered under this warranty.

Unapproved Repairs: Any repair work carried out by unauthorized service providers will void the warranty. All repairs must be conducted by the manufacturer or an authorized repair service to maintain warranty validity.
